Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) opportunity, part-time to provide prenatal and well-women care at both our Dover and Rochester sites.  Possible option of increasing to full-time employment (40 hrs/wk) in October 2008. Benefits eligible position. Experienced CNM preferred.  

 Part/Full-time Family ARNP or PA opportunity in our Rochester office.  Focus will be on family practice to include comprehensive health assessments, evaluations and planning, and acute visit. Benefits eligible position w/incentive plan.  

Both positions require current NH License and DEA Certification. Experience with Electronic Health Records a plus.

Registered Nurse: Part/Full-time opportunity.  Position is an integral part of our patient care team.  Duties include triage, case management, immunizations, and patient education. Current RN License & BLS Certification required. Prior experience in an outpatient medical practice as well as with Electronic Medical Records, a plus.
